The gumbo is the only dish I tried in March since it was such a big and filling portion! Thanks for writing this up and I think you are making me think about doing this as well next time since my AP expires soon.

I was queasy the first time I rode it, something pretty unusual for me, and now I'm scared to ride it again. But I really have to, because I don't want my only time to be Conga - I want to Rule The World!!!

Yup, I've stayed at the boot as well! I'm not sure if you got to experience it, but the smoking area is in that "corral" in the left side of the photo. My room was 1st floor just behind the boot that is facing us. Yeah, a hike for sure.

I immediately thought "we need an adult version of this!" as I hit myself with a big chocolate bit every time.
