We really enjoyed the food and service at the Enchanted Rose a few weeks ago, but if my daughter hadn't pointed out the BATB pieces in the room (and from the LIVE ACTION REMAKE at that - gack) I would have had no idea of the theming.
I love the GF (in fact just stayed there two weeks ago) and don't really care one way or the other from an Imagineering standpoint on this change.
What I find interesting are two things:

Well they wouldn't sell me a Pirates tommy bahama shirt in my size off a mannequin in the Contemporary gift shop. My wife and I were honestly stunned! Disney refusing to make a buck...
We will be waiting at least 1 more day for the other DH to get his act together and join the fun here. In the meantime, I post this picture of a very cool but unobtainable shirt in my size. No large ANYWHERE to be seen in Disney World. Only smalls and occasionally a medium. I need this!
Placeholder for a fuller trip report coming later.
We went with another family and once the other DH gets an account, we will jointly report here on our fun times.

IMHO Disney has yet to recover from the Universal launch of the Wizarding World. WW is on par or better than anything Disney had in place at that time or, frankly, since. As a Disney fan boy, it has pained me to see Disney launch a Star Wars and Marvel themed land with nothing like the reaction...
