From what I keep reading - it sounds like we're best off doing rides 4-8:30-9, then get ready for entertainment (Fireworks, parade), do characters/dance, then end the night with Hocus Pocus. We'll be going next Friday... how were the lines for rides this weekend?

I managed to get both FP's for opening day in the morning and afternoon. Super excited. Depending on the crowds may do it multiple times to see how the queue is for stand-by on both.
