    They probably feel that the paint will fade in the sun to match. What I am more concerned about is the missing paint and scratches on the fiberglass molding in front of the pads. That should have been touched up too. So it looks like they did the bare minimum.

    It seems like an odd setup... I can't be from sewer/water connections in the pad. They should be below the current center location. They would have to extend the piping, which would cost money.... I wonder if these cabins are already made and sold by a manufacturer and Disney just ordered...

    You will loose that bet. If the first cabins come online this summer, they would have had to started construction early last year. You need the amenities finished before you start selling.
