    Not the greatest at this time with the rise in Rates over the past few months, but hopefully they will start going down as a small drop of 0.7 % has occurred in the past week.

    My daughter is 2 and loves when the Grandparents come which is quite a lot because I work in a Bank and my Wife is gone at the Hospital for long periods of time. My daughter loves games and especially helping both Grandma's cook.

    Saw Les Mis, but just a Local Tour and not on Broadway. It was a great show. I also saw a local production of Cats and it was fantastic. I would like to get up to NYC to see Cats on Broadway as I hear they are doing it again now. Wicked was great as was Rent.
