I don't know that I would call the bolded items true attractions.... set-dressing... something to look at waiting for the next show.....an exit to a ride with a few displays... might as well name the corporate Celebration Gardens, Refreshment Outpost, and the many park benches scattered...

I would agree... with the mermaids and Indians...THe Shanghai has a more linear storyline which is nice... It would be nice if the MK version was expanded to include all of the best parts of each iteration with a more linear story like Shanghai... Tokyo got the best version of Pooh...MK should...

I would agree...the ride itself is I think the worst iteration of PPF around the world... For the amount of draw the ride has, it should be a much better ride...It needs to be bigger and longer... Or perhaps just better like the Shanghai version....

Bob nominated it....lol It is a very Meh parade vs what came before it... Spectromagic was beautiful...this one is short and the music was not memorable... Nothing I would go ut of my way to see a second time....unlik Spectromagic that I saw many times.... Starlight just felt Value Engineered....

That photo makes the castle look so garish...Not the ethereal french gothic beauty of my childhood... Looking forward to this going away and getting back to the original (or similar) colors....

I would have loved for us to have gotten a trackless Pooh on the scale of the TOkyo ride instead of the half-hearted version we received... I would also love to see us get an Alice ride, A Pinocchio ride, A Tangled Ride, A B&TB ride, A Sinbad Ride, A ride using the Shanghai Pirates system, A...

Isn't that basically just a re-tread of the Spiderman IOA ride vehicles? Like they did for the new Peter Pan Ride at Fantasy Springs?...and if using this ride system I think we would be assured it would be mostrly screen based...which would be a bummer...

Let's face it, they really have not thought alot about what you see on the train...not since the original incarnation of the park...the scenery has dwindled....and now that EVERYTHING has been scrapped as far as scenery goes, they really need to start over fresh... and maybe add some truly...

No...not at all... and the "spirit of adventure" is not the same thing as the "spirit of Disney's Adventureland".... None of the attractions currently in Adventureland would make a good fit in DAK...Saying Indiana Jones represents a spirit of adventure does not imply that any Disney IP will fit...

but haven't they said repeatedly that they are not building outside the berm? And I don't quite get the equation that the size of the show buildings for two attractions in other parks are going to have any bearing on the quality of what they are building in the MK...I think it is way too early...

Indiana Jones is a symbol of Adventure to most of us who grew up watching the movies...while not particularly animal-centric, I do feel like the spirit of adventure will always be a good match for the park... Even a better match than Alien creatures from another planet or Zootopia anthropomorphs...

IDF is one of my favorites... A beautiful quality film...fantastic music and visuals... I would love to see them add some updated footage...the world has changed in 40 years since that film was made, but hopefully it could be done in a way that maintains the paacing and beauty of the original...
