Because of the fact that unless Disney is gutting the entire place out, then a simple refurbishment could be done. I'm not faulting Disney for it, just stating.
You see, Disney COULD finish it in that period of time, they just don't. I mean hell, Universal finished the Mummy in no time. Why can't Disney ever do something like that?
You would think Disney would be smart and close the ride AFTER the 4th of July weekend. I mean, a week couldn't hurt them that much and parks are packed during that week.
i just went on the backlot tour at MGM saturday and our tour guide told us all about the stunt show and he also said that they are building a chicago and san francisco st. to add to new york street.. anyone else here bout this ?
i just got back from WDW today (very sad to leave:cry: ) but i had noticed that BTMR is ALOT slower than b4... the "exciting" parts of the ride are now just plain slow... oh well.. better safe than sorry
oh and they added a couple of wild boars on the mountain:wave:
