240 minute wait for Passholder support. Calls are rolling over to resort reservations. They can put you in the queue, but callbacks are booked. You have to wait.
I just got through on chat. I was told the pass linkage issue is known by IT and they are trying to fix it. They said many passholders are affected. Can't speak to it's accuracy.
Attendance during the free dining period has been higher than historicals so far this year from what I see. Weekends, in particular, have tracked much higher. Last week was several levels above predicted.
