I wish Disney would start making these TV specials again, I loved watching them when I was younger it would get me so excited to visit (even if it did give me an unrealistic expectation of character interactions)

Oh boo, why does WDW not want me to enjoy the railroad? It was closed last year too when I went! Hopefully it'll be the best possible railroad once I'm finally able to schedule a trip where it's running.

Nope, I had been out of the Disney loop for a bit. I suppose if I had been more into it I would have seen the warning signs and read all the context clues. I don't think I would have missed a direct announcement from them though which is why I wish they had made it final earlier. Oh well...

The more I think about this the more upset I am that I'll never get a chance to see them turned on in person. I wish they had announced that this would be the final year earlier. I would have been more than willing to push my trip back a week. It just makes me sad.

Oh this is super depressing, I'll definitely never get a chance to see these lit now :( Not unless someone wants to gift me a visit while they're showing.

There's also no guarantee I will go next year, but I remain optimistic on all fronts

Missed it by 2 days last year and this year, maybe next year I'll plan better!
