I was wonder with all the talk about MS being a problem would taking dramamine help? Has anybody done this before and if so did it help?

We will be at Pop Century in about 3weeks and I was wondering if I have a small portable refridgerator will it be allowed in the room. I know you can rent these from the resort but I have my own so I did not see any need to rent if they will alow me to take it in. Thanks for any help.
