Q: J.P. Morgan. Why ESPN+ on Star? How does that affect local distributors?

A: Bob: Latin Americans really like their sports. Don't know if he answered the second part.

q: What's the RPU strat in Asia and Latin America?

a: Christine: Ads are on Hulu. But on D+, which is a lot of films, doesn't lend itself to ads. But we're looking at pricing (read: we're going to charge as much as we can).

q: Long term operating margins for all sectors?

a: Christine: Hey, we're just starting. We're in spending mode now. So those margins are going to be .... you know... negative.

a: Bob: ESPN+ takes ads, too. And we've given projections, so....

q: What about syndication revenue? (Here's the question about licensing... Take a shot!!)

a: Christine: we are doing some licensing because of legacy contracts. In the future, we intend for almost all to be on our platform, but maybe some licensing if we wish.

q: ESPN... When will the big ESPN events be on ESPN+?

a: Complications! Rights come externally. We're trying. And we're ready to cut the cord when it comes.

q: Will all these services converge?

a: Short term, there are regional differences that make separation best option to provide flexibility. But we're willing to change if we need to.

q: New higher targets.. what makes you think that will continue?

a: Christine: higher prenetration of the 'tam' (?), with more and higher quality content. Also, we now have Star(+) in the mix which we didn't before. Also, we got the 4 quarter likability.

Interesting note: More childless subs than expected.

q: Content amortization. What's the time frame of new content.

a: bob: 100 titles now.

a: Christine: 2billion on content amortization. And as we said over and over, we'll be overspending to build infrastructure.

a: Premium movies on D+... just for pandemic? Price?

q: Day and date with theatrical lets us release before theatrical is up and running. We don't know whether to continue. We're going to see what consumers want.

Didn't answer how Mulan did.
