That looks like an articulated head with a different angle.

Her eyes look more spread apart on her face...

Also, her eyes are not touching/situated her beak anymore so it makes her face look a little off too.

Goofy admittedly needs a bit of work.

If you notice, the newer articulated ducks are much fluffier, which makes them look a little different too.
