I'm sitting here watching the late game and trying to forget that there is a fridge in the house with a bowl full of loaded mashed potato goodness. So, it got me thinking...what are some of the best potato dishes at WDW?

I really enjoy the potato casserole thingies on the breakfast buffet at Crystal Palace. Don't really know the actual name of them but the last time I was there they had two different types.

not sure HCC...but I just learned recently that you can get a baked potato in Liberty Square...

Well for starters I am addicted to french fries ('Chips' for our friends across the pond) but try to use restaint when eating them now due to my expading belly . When I am looking for a healthy option at MK (when salad is just not enough) I head over to Liberty Tree Market for a Baked Potato (no butter I am not a fan). Also the potato's from Boma are one of the best things on the buffet.

Oh and at some point I want to try the Vegetable Torte from Kringla Bakeri og Cafe! YUM

The fries at Cookes of Dublin are awesome. I can't think of any potato dishes I have had. Hmm..

I think I saw that Liberty Tree market also has baked sweet potatoes. Do they, and is it seasonal?

There is a great potato dish in Boma's called Fufu. It is a mixture of regular and sweet potatoes mashed together with cinnamon, sugar and butter. Very tasty!!

Olivia's potatoes at Olivia's Café in Old Key West! They're some of the most delicious, decadent potatoes au gratin I've ever tasted.
