Wait wait....a freakin aluminum beer can for the USA?

How tacky. :|

Couldn't they have put a shot glass or something? I mean, we invented Bourbon for crying out loud.

EDIT -- And according to Wikipedia, more than 90% of our alcohol export is whiskey, and in the year 2007, our whiskey exports surpassed $1 billion.

EDIT II -- I'm really quite offended by this shirt, seems to be making the old "American beer" joke, which has actually been proven false, as American alcohol is graded by weight, where as every other country grades it by volume.

Whiskey predates America. Irish Whiskey, specifically the Old Bushmills Distillery, received a license from King James in 1608. I personally prefer Tullamore Dew to Bushmills & Jameson.

Bourbon (or corn based whiskey) didnt come about for another hundred years. Elijah Craig didnt found his distillery until 1789.

So no, America did not invent bourbon. It came from God himself and given to the Irish, the most blessed people on earth. Then we got hammered....

Your logic:

Elijah Craig = American = God. ;)

From what I know, they no longer sell the T shirt with only the drinks. However, during F&W they sell the exact same T shirt that has a "food" next to the drink picture. Example - taco next to margarita or sushi next to saki
