6 months

I had to wait 6 months to start being able to take paid time off. 4 months for sick time. Insurance kicked in after 4 months. We could start contributing to 403(b) right away, and they'll start matching a little bit after one whole year! :dazzle:

Some places just make you wait longer... ...:shrug:
