Anti-save, at your age if you put like $100 away a month, you could be a millionaire at retirement age. Of course at retirement age, that might only be enough to buy some Depends.
So true - kind of like what they told us we needed to save for our kids college education 20 years ago....

I did see "Red". Very scarey.......

Indeed...I'm not sure who was scarier, him or the red-lipstick mother/daughter duo :veryconfu

Morning!

The Good news: I'm not nearly as nauseus as I was yesterday...

The Bad news: I'm freaking exhausted due to being up due heartburn all last night.

Morning Bunny :) I'm glad you're feeling better!

Believe it or not, I watched some on Tuesday and I couldn't believe Paula. What is going on with her. My SIL said that she is on drugs. She was rolling her eyes and making rude comments like Simon. I thought maybe they had switched roles or something.

Yeah, she looked comatose to me. It seemed like everyone was ignoring her too...Randy and Simon seemed to talk over her all night. I have my suspicions as to what she's sipping through that straw of hers :lookaroun

A young age is a good time to learn a lesson with CC. They can really do some damage.

I'm very lucky to have done what I did when I did... not that what happened was good and this past summer was one of the hardest for me... but the harder a situation is... the stronger you are when you come out on the other side... and I did it at a time when I could afford to make such a big mistake because later in life I'll have many other things to worry about and I could not ever imagine letting my family down the way I felt I did over this... but they couldn't have been more helpful with it...

No, it's this stupid new keyboard I got for Christmas! it's ultra-sensitive, and I usually have to go back and edit every post. That one got by I guess....

I have a similar problem w/ our keyboard at home. The spacebar doesn't always work so I'm constantly correcting run-together words :brick:

Actually I orignally thought it was that my nails were too long, so I clipped them all, and that didn't help. Then DS complained about the same thing, so I know it's not just me. There must be a way of adjusting it, but I haven't figured it out yet....

did anyone get that email that went around that says your brain only looks at a word as a whole. As long as the all the letters are there, and the first and last letter is in the right place, you can uslasuly raed it.

I actually have that printed out and posted on my bulletin board above my desk... perfect for my work proofreading - see? It's not my fault I let a mistake through!

I've seen that before, but not sure how true it is. Sometimes when some of the younger people post on the other threads, it takes my brain a while to decipher what they're trying to say....

I work with young people at church, and I have a hard time deciphering what they are saying.
