S/B another "wake-up" call. (no "best lounge" category lol). Hopin' you're getting your act together Disney! https://goldenticketawards.com/2025-gta-winners/
Universal opened a new theme park. Of course, they won some awards. I’d be disappointed if they didn’t as then there’d REALLY be no pressure on Disney.

Disney is building plenty, thankfully, even if I do wish they started 18 months earlier than they did.

Disney won in 2024 for best dark ride... does not winning in 2025 negate that? Does anyone actually even really care who wins this each year? Will Universal cry if they lose in the coming year to a new Disney attraction?

Is this... even anything?

Of course in itself it's not much...of course something like this was expected in the wake of Epic's opening a few months ago..., but..... I'm still hoping it "adds fuel to the fire" at Disney. There's been much talk in these forums, and elsewhere, that the projects Disney's currently working on will disappoint.... based on some recently completed projects (like the EPCOT hub redo). I know this news won't hurt them but maybe this news is providing Disney extra motivation to make sure the upcoming projects are top notch and not just to sell more merch or LL's.

Seems like Disney doesn't care.....and I believe they think the Epcot Hub is fine and not worth being concerned about.... And The Zach has moved on higher in the company and everyone patted themselves on the back for a job well done...There are plenty of people out there that will gladly defend the Epcot Makeover as being just what the park needed and brilliant... Many on here... So that failure doesn't even register...

Yes, Disney doesn't care. That's why there's zero major construction projects in a single park. Oh wait...

Also, please point out one person defending the Epcot Makeover.

Disney feels no pressure to this point, if they did, they would have started to actually do something two years ago instead of talking about stuff 2 years ago.

Its really only some Disney fans that are complaining about poor decisions and lower quality while some Disney fans come to Disney's defense no matter what.

And as long as per capita spending is up, Disney wont care.

I sincerely think, if MK loses the crown as the most visited theme park but per capita spending is up, Disney wont care.

And why should they? Its a business.

But they did add a spot of white spraypaint to screws holding the broken plastic down.
