Foxx Nolte’s mesmerizing documentation of the island in all its mystery and romance. Pour one out and watch.

I genuinely wonder if there are any creatives involved with this project who think it’s a good idea. It just seems utterly doomed to be remembered pretty universally as an indefensible mistake, something akin to the replacement of Imagination.
I hope that happens!!!!! It would make today less somber.......For The Record, I have no real connection to TSI or LB but That Boat is so Iconic Disney, TDO should display it!!!The plan has been to park it somewhere else on property, Grand Floridian is the last location I heard. I hope it finds a new home.
Normally, probably. They probably removed it today because it would hit harder this is the last day of the Liberty Belle operating. Meaning they know they are removing something that represents Americana.I hope that happens!!!!! One complaint.....Isn't the July 4th Decor off the LB too early??
Yes in Disney-speak , 10-15 mins means “walk on”.I’ve yet to see a riverboat at capacity. Even the longer line for TSI was just waiting for 1 raft to load and go. Maybe 2? Can’t remember but it moved very fast.
I don't understand the logic that unless it has an on average long wait, its not worth retaining. Does everything in a theme park require guests packed in like sardines?Yes in Disney-speak , 10-15 mins means “walk on”.
That would have been fun to see! Only 2 today that I’ve seen. The crowds were big enough a few days ago that they had three boats going
The adage 'pull your weight' still applies. Things require upkeep, labor, and represent an opportunity cost. If the return isn't worth the cost, you are likely going to be on the short list when some other resource becomes constrained or wants change.I don't understand the logic that unless it has an on average long wait, its not worth retaining. We know their concept - how good of an attraction and setting it will be for the park is still TBD.Don’t we know what they’ve come up with? Is that plan compelling for you personally?
This is the original Magic Kingdom that opened in 1971 not a park that Michael Eisner scrambled to build to compete with Universal. Are any of Walt's ideas sacred in "Walt" Disney World?Hollywood Studios says yes
Well, if they can plaaaaaaaaaaaaay, maybe Tiana has a job for them over in Mama Odie's salt mound. When they tear it all down, so many animals are going to be displaced. Where will they go?
