I actually kinda would like someone who has not been involved in the parks thus far to get to the top. It is much easier for someone who has not been a part of previous cycles to break them than it is for someone who created said cycles to do so.

At this point it is pretty evident the two front runners are her and Josh. Between the two, she is the better option for not just the studio, but for the parks.

Scapegoat means the individual receiving the blame isn't responsible for the fault/wrongdoing. Iger is the CEO; so was Chapek. Blaming them seems perfectly reasonable to me. They are the end of the line and ultimately responsible for the business.

This is the kind of move that gets you promoted to CEO, does not matter the horrible social issues in that country. The rumors I hear is that the board is nervous over the open friendship between Dana and Kamala.

Yes 100%. All depends on what they will look for in a successor? Someone qualified or someone that checks boxes? I think Josh has the inside track but far from a lock imo.
