It looks like this new Fantastic 4 movie would fit Tomorrowland like a glove… but I think those characters are restricted by the Universal contract unfortunately

So, there's a new video from 3 weeks ago of someone going into one of the exit hallways of Stitch. Did not provide any footage for evidence, but the poster claims that from what they could see, it looked like they are beginning to dismantle one of the theaters. Take that as you will.

I think Alien makes a lot of sense as the new alien encounter/great escape. The early films are no more violent than all the marvel fare or avatar, and it would actually bring in or at least interest an audience that is not really represented in the parks. Plus new Disney loves putting an IP into the park, and it doesn't get much more iconic than Alien.

Originally the Xenomorph was the intended alien until it was changed to the bug like alien..As shown in the first ads for the attraction...

And incase you wanted a good look at the alien bug..Here ya go!

The problem with the attraction is that no one bothered to pay attention to the multiple warning signs posted outside the attraction, they just assumed everything Disney has to offer is safe for kids so numerous Parents ignorantly brought their kids aboard the attraction which then proceeded to terrify them.

While an Alien retheme could work, it would have to be significantly toned down or have tightened enforcement for who gets in.

I’m surprised they never just switched this over to the stitch attraction they have in Shanghai (which is basically Turtle Talk with Stitch)

When I went to Tokyo Disneyland I was pleasantly surprised to see a Stitch attraction there. Got in line for it thinking it was gonna be the attraction that used to be at WDW and I slowly realized that's NOT what it was about to be.

Needless to say I was pretty sad afterwards

If the live action stitch is successful, I do wonder if they give stitch another crack at an attraction. Maybe not really in this space.

-Tomorrowland, SGE or an expansion
-Adventureland with the Tropical influence (Tiki room like Tokyo?)
-World Discovery (takeover of MS area?)

Can anybody name an instance where Disney revived a ride with its original IP ??

With Stitch seemingly getting new life being breathed into what are the chances we get a new attraction with him ?

Supposedly one of the two Stitch animatronics was saved and sent to the Archives, so not only would it be cool to see him brought back somewhere, but assuming the remake does well (which let's face it, unfortunately it will), I can definitely see them repurposing it for a new space. Tiki Room, anyone?

What about a motion sim ride / 3 type ride ?
That's what the original Wreck-It Ralph VR plan was, but got scrapped, and supposedly every proposed concept since has re-utilized the same theater format (which hot take, I would love to see continue, it's a cool concept that's been utilized well with both AE and SGE IMO).
