That's just on the guest side...I've have even worse stories from IoA but given its nature, I preceded to not share it here for obvious reasons since in some instances direct management had to get involved to remedy the situation because it was that egregious. UOR does have an issue with their food quality especially on the TM side, and it never seems to get better for the long term no matter how many times they try to change it.There are two. One on each side, between the two existing lands.
Do you realize there's much, MUCH more to operations than what time a park closes? Or a rare occurrence of food poisoning? Comparing Universal's "overall operations" to SeaWorld's is completely absurd. One of the worst takes I've ever seen in my 20+ years on this forum. Have you been to SeaWorld lately? It's a train wreck.
Oh I do understand it's more nuanced than park hours. But what does it say when you have TMs who have been there for 10+ years saying it's SeaWorld Operations, because I hear that quite a bit from those I talk with routinely. But here's the thing, If Universal want's to the same tier as Disney as they are trying to portray themselves to be, then they need to actually do such. Because there are aspects to UORs operations that are a laughing stock such as third shift and I say that as a former TM.
