Sincerely hoping it isn’t just a retheme of the existing bus system.I could be wrong. Plans change.

Yeah if it’s just this I’ll be severely disappointed. Would be a much bigger blunder than TBA or M&MRR over at WDW.Sincerely hoping it isn’t just a retheme of the existing bus system.
Will The new Hotels get notified of Fireworks Testing? The drone pilot staffing has been done and theOR dragons will be operating soon.
Possibly by some of the preview dates.
Pyro and night show testing again soon as well.

Crazy UOR hasn't announced This Nighttime Spectacular yet!
Literally everyone getting off the ride is saying it is next-level, a top attraction in the world. POVs won't do any of the experience justice.Looking through some of the POVS of Monsters Unchained (which I'm sure don't quite do the ride justice) but I'm a little disappointed about the animatronics/ride path. A lot of it seems to have the same problem with the recent Disney animatronics but almost exemplified where you have these very very advanced animatronics but in this case the ride gets them right in your face for them to throw their arms up and go "BOO!" in a, imo, comedic manner. Seems a little weird for a ride like this, not to mention how many of the monsters are just set dressing for Dracula's chaos.
Imo this was the ride I was like REALLY excited for so maybe it was just unrealistic expectations but it's a little sad to see what imo could have been a little better executed.
I disagree - It's well done and the POV videos ignore all the other special effects you can't see entirely (or feel/hear).Looking through some of the POVS of Monsters Unchained (which I'm sure don't quite do the ride justice) but I'm a little disappointed about the animatronics/ride path. Testing that early? They would not really need to. It is expected and will be done typically by a reasonable hour (9PM)

At some point you just have to accept that you’re the outlier.eople said that about Forbidden Journey too and they were wrong.
Forbidden Journey was incredibly popular at the time, that’s not really it. Its popularity has just waned more severely than other e-tickets. It’s still a hit at USJ and it’s arguably the most popular ride at USB.People said that about Forbidden Journey too and they were wrong.
That said, I do think Monsters will be great (and I have not watched any videos).
FJ isn’t a bad ride by any means, the only thing that happened was progress! Old Technology has suprassed, and as a result, so has FJ. it’s only a natural thing, not the rides fault.Forbidden Journey was incredibly popular at the time, that’s not really it. I get ya. It’ll be interesting to see how people feel about Ministry and Monsters five years down the line. Rarely do the tech-heavy E-Ticket dark rides appreciate with time.I was only talking my personal opinion; I know people loved it. I found Forbidden Journey wildly disappointing; the queue was much better than the actual ride. I've been on it three times and not sure I'll ever bother riding again for a variety of reasons.
I do think some people were just wowed by the technology rather than the actual ride experience, though. That would explain why all of the "best ride ever" talk seemed to die off relatively quickly.
You stated matter-of-factly that people were wrong about Forbidden Journey, with no indication or recognition that this is just your outlying opinion.I've indicated that I'm well aware I'm an outlier numerous times. I don't know why you think otherwise. That doesn't mean I should stop stating my opinion, though -- it also doesn't mean I'm wrong.
I will never understand why people look at it and think it's exceptional. Just because it has some great moments doesn't excuse the majority of the ride being a terrible broom flight simulator.

We can all share our subjective opinions about Forbidden Journey until the cows come home, but it was objectively considered a top ride by the general park-going populace when it opened.

We're generally discussing topics that are inherently subjective. People shouldn't have to write "in my opinion" after every single sentence; that's implied.
