Universal Epic Universe (South Expansion Complex) - Opens 2025

Timelines are in chaos right now due to supply chain issues. Materials that you could buy on a whim now take months.
Or are 5x expensive. Simple meter bases and septic drains are short and sky high right now. A single length (10') of 2 1/2 inch rigid conduit is $250+. That is one piece of pipe that is common for service drops and entranceways. You cannot get many common fuse panels and meter bases at any price. The power company cannot get transformer bases for ground mount transformers.
Supply will be disrupted well into next year so construction will be delayed until it catches up.

Trust me I understand the costs and availability of materials. I have worked in Commercial Insurance for over 25 years. It is
very difficult to explain to an Insured that they should increase their limits and at the same time their premiums, because
the increases noted could effect them if they have a claim.

Only Universal knows the master plan for the south campus of UOR. Left arrow will be Epic Universe theme park. Right arrow to be guest parking lot. It's possible this parking lot is replaced with a theme park later, and parking garages built somewhere in the site.

#EpicUniverse Now for speculation, this is what I would personally do for what I call Phase 3, the flat lot gets replaced with 30 acres of multilevel parking creating ~180Acres of spaces. Create a second 17Acre City Walk (CW 1.0 is 11Acres) and 4th gate which is 117Acres big

4th theme park could be for a new Warner Bros. theme park so it will connected into Harry Potter land in Epic Universe with a Harry Potter themed train ride from Warner Bros. theme park to Epic Universe's Harry Potter land.

Alot of the existing back of house from the old parks is moving here right? Is there any substantial space gains in the old parks for them to grow more after those moves?

Just seen a video of the area. Doesn't seem like a major construction projection going on.

So what's going on ? What's the new timeline ? We have posters on here who have been adamant since the start of the year that construction was going on (scroll back and check) ... but as we approach the end of 2021 what have they done ?
