Tips for Concierge at Poly and GF?

Are you staying at both or choosing one, if one definetly the Poly becuase it's perfect and you can watch the fireworks from the concierge lounge, which in it's self is absolutely and to me utterly perfect.

Concierge Polynesian is probably the best concierge service avaiable at WDW. The Hawai'i building has the best location at Polynesian

Call or email them now. I've stayed at the Poly concierge a few times. They are incredible at customer service. You'll love the lounge and food offerings.

We were originally booked for the Poly Club level, but when I changed my reservations to two weeks later, I couldn't get it at AAA rate, so we got the Grand Floridian Club Level. I got a welcome email from them and the itinerary planning email is:

Hi, I have stayed both club levels. When I booked, I received a "welcome" type email that I replied to. If you haven't contacted them yet, I would email or phone asap. The concierge's ability to make dining, cabana, tourb etc ressies is very limited now with this new online dining system. They have less options than guests do & are having trouble booking for people once they've checked into the resort. Take care of as much as possible before you arrive.
