I think its a bit more complicated than that, though. Everyone wants to see things in pristine condition, and we understand that refurbs are necessary. Over the past five years or so every single building on MSUSA was completely rehabbed. Which is great. The concern is whether these refurbs are scheduled and planned to occur in a way that minimizes interruption to onstage areas or minimizes cost to Disney? There is a balance involved, (time/cost/quality - remember, you can only pick 2!) and often times it seems like these projects drag on and on. They don't seem particularly motivated to get the jobs done quickly (even if it costs a bit more in labor) and move on.
