Hollywood & Vine with Minnie

I'm trying to book the fantasmic package for dinner at Hollywood & Vine in January. We have the basic dining plan (1 Snack, 1QS, 1TS) Why does it say Dining Plan Type- "2016 Deluxe Dining Meal"? Can I not book this package if I don't have the deluxe dining plan or will I have to be paying an extra amount out of pocket?

As far as I know that is on the regular Disney Dining Plan, and requires 1 TS credit.

It requires one TS credit. There just might not be a reservation available for the time you want.
