Question. Is it possible to join more than one virtual queue? So, given that the 1pm drops for both parks stay open for quite a while, could I join the Guardians queue while in Epcot at 1pm, park hop to MK, arriving at 2pm, and join the VQ for Tron?

Given the monorail link it would be easy to go back and forward between the parks as needed, but is it literally possible to join both in MDE?

Yes it is possible. They're 2 separate virtual queue objects in the backend, so there's nothing restricting you from joining both afternoon VQs (except having scanned into each respective park beforehand). Obviously if you do get Tron, you should prioritize that as they're not as lenient with late returns as Guardians.

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind officially opened 1 year ago today on May 27, 2022.

7am drop
  • Quickest: May 28, 2022 with 3.4 secs.

1pm drop

It’s time for this thread to end, witw is this not standby yet?
VQ eliminates long lines outside the attraction itself. GotG can accomodate about an hours worth of guests. That reduces thr number of guests in the sun. It avoids the bad show image of a long line. It avoids guests getting in line minutes before closing.

Many days the afternoon VQ is open for hours. In some ways similar to the original Fast Pass. You're assigned next available time.

This is not a reason, the line would likely not be more than an hour most days. Many rides have outdoor queues, no reason this one couldn’t theres unused pavement on the side closest to SSE which they used when it first opened. It’s only because of their Machiavellian desire to control all aspects of our day. It’s this trend which has gotten exponentially worse since Covid that’s upsetting guests. This is America, we expect freedom. If the line is 6 hours long, so be it, everything else in the park will have short lines, but if I want to I can get in the line. This is SOP at every other amusement park.
