Maybe they are pouring the ground level/foundation but trucking in slabs for the upper levels?So that's why the thing is taking so long, they decided to pour on site instead of going the prefab route. Surely this isn't cheaper over the long run, either?

Anything to make a buck I suppose.This made me laugh. I'm sure lots of people want a little something to remember that over priced, so-so meal they had on their WDW vacation.
Downtown Disney isn't impressive and is quite boring besides the theater, the legos and Disney Quest. Hopefully Disney Springs will bring this area on par with city walk. Then I'd consider venturing that way.
