I'm think one of the previous posters might have guessed right...a fancy Disney springs water sign? It's on the corner of a road near one of the turnoffs right?
No it is some kind of utility. It is not in a location where you would put a sign. And it is WAY to early for a Disney Springs sign.

Kansas City, MO – December 12 – Garney Holding Company announced its latest expansion with the acquisition of Encore Construction Company, based out of Winter Garden, Florida. Encore is an environmental contractor specializing in the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities and pump stations. Encore has approximately 125 employees with projected revenues of $80 million for 2012. Acquiring Encore will significantly enhance Garney's treatment plant construction operations in the Southeast United States.

I googled it.

That's the biggest friggin sewage pump I've ever seen. Also way less exciting than I hoped, and all I hoped was a new sign.

I figured it was something to do with water-related utilities, with all the canal work and other assorted utilities work they have been doing in that general area for the past 7+ months. This does remind me, though, that I did notice they have really moved ahead over on Osceola Pkwy. with the water facilities there that they're working on. We haven't tracked that one down yet, have we?

People are probably better off not knowing what a lift station actually is ;)
Unfortunately I know all too well what lift stations are, as I've been inside quite a few after they were "cleaned out" (a relative term) for inspection...somehow I drew the short straw and ended up as the wastewater guy in our office!
