Burgers are not junkfood at all. Red meat is an essential part of a complete diet. You need red meat as a vital source of proteins and good fats that your body needs to survive. You are better of eating a hamburger any day than you are eating a couple orders of deep fried chicken strips and french fries. Pass the cow sandwhich!

Actually, most burgers in WDW are pretty non-fatty and don't have too much grease when you get them.

Most of the fat falls into the machine. Cleaning at night can be real fun.

The only time that you should get a really greasy burger is during a large rush of people when burgers are being cranked out left and right.

The best time to get a burger should be mid afternoon at a non-traditional dining time.
