Is that the place where they have Goofy's Country Dancin' Jamboree? If so, I think that is technically in Liberty Square by a few feet :lookaroun and the clue from a few days ago says that the pic is from the mainland part of Frontierland.

It's in Frontierland, not the Diamond Horseshoe and not the trading post. Both of those guesses are very near though.

Correct, sort of.... 180º of on the other side of the building. The side of the building that faces the New York/Streets of America

Ok, so that would be the false building front where those annoying Power Rangers hang out, with the ramp leading up to the ledge.

What sort of angle was the picture taken at, I can't imagine that is a straight-on shot!

FULL PICTURE of the correct guess

Same building different angle the guess picture was taken just to the right of this one toward the corner of the building. Around the corner showing in the picture and looking up, I saw the angle from the Backlot Tour which passes by this location.

And, yes, it can be rolled, you just have to get enough friction between your hands and the ball to start building up momentum.

That and the water pump has to be turned on, I know for nearly 18 months it was off and you could NOT spin the ball.
