If it's a 21st bday, go to a signature restaurant with awesome drinks. To be perfectly honest, we've gotten better cocktails going on a monorail crawl than we have gotten in any of our times drinking around the world. So, I'd skip the park restaurants and go for something like Cali Grill, Narcoosee's, Yachtsman, Citrico's, etc.
