sometimes we just go that night they have random openings and can squeeze you in you might have to eat late though. but the polynesian is awesome to explore while you wait

my sister is a vegetarian and at the time we went they had no vegetarian options. They chef came out and took her order and made her a unique personal dish! i think they would be happy to work with you

dont be too picky with the food its very french inspired. however the ambiance at dinner was so good i would have eaten crackers
