My wife and I call it the Screaming Reef....food was ok but the noise level was terrible, when you see the all the strollers parked its like OH NO......Went to the same kinda of restaurant (forgot the name) at Sea World and it was about 150% better ... food, acoustics and setup and not 78...

Just try every day at 9 am....i saw no Reservations at Ohana then one day a 8 pm popped then about 2 weeks later a 5 pm once popped ...Same thing for The Boathouse after weeks of nothing a 5 pm was there...just keep trying.

I had ZERO issues with the bands in September, in fact i liked it. No running to the machine to get a ticket...and made my vacation much more relaxing thats for sure! (and yes i could and did change my ride times at the park using my phone and it was simple and easy)

Sleep Inn & Suites Kingsland, Ga, Have stayed there 3 times, a nice clean place, with some places to eat near by. Just do NOT goto the Chinese Buffet close by!

We have driven from Pa (nepa) to WDW over 7 times now and We also own a Prius. We like to drive at night so we leave around 11 pm. First stop for gas is usually near Quantico, Va, Next stop I think is near South of the Border. We are DVC members so we stay at Disney Hilton Head on the way...

Staying at BC sept 15-22, was able to reserve our fastpasses also, but nothing about the bands.

DVC member staying at BC sept 15-22, Just made all my FP+'s and linked everything I could. Had a small issued and called the help desk. They were surprised too as it was not even announced yet :)

The answer most of the time is yes, they cannot promise check in that early. You can CALL the resort and ask them saying you are coming in early and they can try and accommodate you. Remember too DVC rooms are much bigger then regular rooms (if you staying in a villa) and take much longer to clean.
