We will be there around Easter and am looking at choosing between Chef Mickey's and Ohana for a character breakfast. Ours is a group of all adults but we like our character pics. Which would you choose in that situation? Better food? Differences in character interactions?
Is frozen opening with future world at Epcot? Coming up on dining day for us and wondering if you have breakfast before park open if it is possible to walk on the ride after before the waits get long? We are more than willing to do the early start but only if we get an advantage. It will be...
want to do this for my group in the spring as I think it will reduce stress for some on their budget. When they have to pay on site we don't do character meals, etc due to price. Question is if you do Saturday to Saturday that is 8 days but our first and last day we can't go to the parks as...
Hi all -
Thinking about doing something I'm not sure if I should consider. I need to take a long weekend the end of September and looking at WDW. Which means I have NOTHING booked or reserved. I haven't done this since FastPass+ and the Dining has gotten so popular. Am I crazy?
Thoughts...
I was planning on spending a day at Universal first part of October. We haven't been since before Mummy opened and haven't seen any HP. One of the reasons we stayed away was the HP hype last time.
We really want to see this - but I'm not waiting 4 hours to ride ANYTHING. How long did it...
This is a great plan! If found at Christmas early is everything! We couldn't move by 11am and that was our clue to go get lunch and change parks - worked well.
Think about your timing for dinner (when your family will eat and if you will already be at the park for your night show). Remember...
Mayhem isn't a priority - but a "if we can" we'll ride (we are all adults and I think I'm the only one that has seen either movie). We'll steer clear of the HHN days for the extra hours. We don't want to rush and it sounds like October crowds may work to our advantage. Our concern was only...
Hello - we are not a big Universal group. That being said there are a few new rides and favorites we want to take a day away from WDW to do this year. (Including Potter). Here is our initial plan - will this work (are these line options still available at Forbidden Journey or do I have old...
On the boat vs. walking - I'm with the boat people. It is faster to walk, but the rest is priceless given the amount of walking when you get to Epcot.
I also take into account which side of Epcot I'm headed to - If I'm going to Future World I grab the bus so I don't have to cross the entire...
Thanks guys - I think we will be at Hollywood Studios first this trip so I will try that first. I have a new medical condition that I have been told could be a problem with coasters - but RnRC is one of my favs so if that goes well - I will consider Mummy a go! Appreciate the feedback
I am wondering what coaster this would compare to. I am a huge fan of the movie and we are thinking about doing Universal on this trip as well as we haven't seen this or the Harry Potter world.
Not sure I can ride it - I can't take anything too wild anymore. I am hoping I can still do Rock...
That's good to know - my last trip was about a year and a half and had no trouble with missing my FP windows. But I'm headed that way to see the new FL in 2014 - by that time it will probably be FP+ so it will all be different again!
Skip the Tigger Tails now - Used to be the fav but the version everyone is raving about had the orange chocolate coating. Now it is just sugar on the outside - not worth the calories in my opinion - much better options.
I miss my Tigger Tails!!!!!!!
I heard that DL was starting to enforce FP return times. I am normally a WDW girl, but have done both parks. Wanted to know if they really are enforcing these now or if anytime after the window is still being honored - as it will change my planning for the days.
