A lady in the seats behind me on the monorail was telling her group what EPCOT means. She said it stands for “Environmental, uh... People, uh... well I’m not sure of the rest, but I think it’s something about the environment.” :brick:

I think I read the Pleasure Island Jazz Company was closed and a restaurant opened in its place. Say it ain't so! :( If so, how has that worked out? Is PI - with the Adventurers Club and Comedy Warehouse - a lot of fun? Do they still do the fireworks at midnight? Is the City Walk at...

Back to the point If it became too crowded in the "off-season," that would stop me from going back to Disney. I guess the company would be very successful and able to pick up trash and have less deaths on the rides, etc., but I still wouldn't like it. :wave: :lol:

Last year I wanted to be a WDW bus driver like Invero. (Is he still around here?) Now I'm thinking I may put in my application to sell ice cream at Epcot one or two days a week. But the quality control idea of testing the rides and the resorts also sounds pretty good! :lol:

Here's a recent news story about Disney's Celebration Co. "negotiating to sell the downtown core." I wonder what this means and whether this is a positive or a negative for the future of Celebration.

But you'd be bringing back useful data. There have been perhaps one or two third-person accounts of someone being denied a refill of their refillable mugs in WDW. If you could show your old mugs to Cast Members and report back here whether or not you were denied a packet, that would be something...

I thought it was great. Some of the different types of launches, as I remember, are those white parallel synchronized streamers from the sides. I watched the show from in front of the Crystal Palace, and I saw the fireworks going off to the left of the castle from my vantage point. From where...

I think I read it was 1.5 G's. Real astronauts have said it is not very much different from the real thing. I'm glad I'm not one of the people who get sick on it. It was fun! The first time was the best. As I wrote on another thread, please follow the instructions. It's not rocket science...
