I would love to understand where Walt got his amazing and visionary imagination??

Walt was very involved with the creation of Walt Disney World....Epcot was to be an extension of this!!! Unfortunately....he died!!!
I agree that change may not always be good or the right thing but it is necessary to keep things fresh and interesting!!! Perhaps these changes should be more carefully considered and more effort and money should be put toward these changes, but if you take the change and progress away, you take the Walt out of Disney!!!
Not yelling, exclamation point my favorite punctuation and sometimes I overuse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is plenty of film footage showing that Walt was very involved with the creation of WDW up until the time of his death.....his brother Roy O. took the reigns after his death and opened the park Walt envisioned....he then died months after the Magic Kingdom opened and could not continue with Epcot as it was originally planned cause he was......dead.
When I read of people saying they will be getting rid of their annual passes and DVC points because Disney took away a band from one of the parks I think this goes beyond registering disappointment, and takes things a bit too far. This reaction of giving up everything Disney says to me that these folks think nothing should ever change and if it does, they are gone. I certainly didn't turn my park tickets and stock in when I drove the monorail past Horizons as it was being torn to pieces. I slowed the train had a tear and was very sad and disappointed but understood it was the progress of things!!!
Correct....under the supervision of his brother Roy as I said above!!!!
I don't. Just think it is a bit of an overreaction.
Point taken.
Awesome, thanks for the input.
You make a great point......thanks.
A more appropriate title for a thread like this on a WDW forum would be....
Understanding Card Walker!!!! or Understanding Richard Nunis!!!!! or Understanding Ron Miller!!!!

I think we should be trying to understand Iger and what makes him tick.
Enough said!
