They made a point to note that the CFTOD Board can remove him at any time. They also note they're suing the 'positions' not the people.

Disney didn’t have to, correct. The RCID did. Disney’s lawsuit recounts the public hearings. It does not allege they - nor any other property owner - received mailings containing notice from the RCID.
