I was given the Y&B Club "Guest Service Manager" contact info and I had been emailing him about the rooms (we look at Yacht as our home resort and are excited to get back there after a long hiatus). In the email, he agrees that the rooms "need help" and that work is scheduled to begin in August on the Club floor (5th) and those rooms 'should' be online by November. Then they will begin on floor 4, and continue working downward.
