That's the spot I was thinking too.Yeah I think that's near the bathrooms by the exit to Kali. My kids got off Kali, changed into dry clothes in the bathroom, then went in the fountain.

She didn't sing it - but it was that annoying "dooo you waaant to build a snoooowmaaaaan?" when Anna pries Elsa's eyelid open.
I've seen the movie more times than I care to admit - all but 2 were against my will.
