Mickey Mouse Musical Revue

Here is my "watch-through" of the Mickey Mouse Musical Revue at the Disney-Universal Studios.

Narrator: Join us now in a presentation of the latest colossal in Mickey, and Woody's illustrious careers. Mickey Mouse, and Woody Woodpecker, bigger and better than ever, appear in a completely new dimension. Leading their friends in a medley of cartoon musical highlights.

Mickey , and Woody: "Come along folks! It's time for the Mickey Mouse Musical Revue!"

(The theater doors open, and guests now enter to see the main show.)

The show starts with the Audio-Animatronic orchestra figures conducted by Mickey Mouse rising up from the stage while playing cartoony warm up music. Mickey then laughs, and counts an intro, and the characters begin an instrumental medley of various cartoon songs including: Heigh Ho, The Best Day Ever, When You Wish Upon a Star, and All in the Golden Afternoon.

An animated shadow of the Big Bad Wolf is projected on the curtain. Then, the Three Little Pigs perform Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf.

Snow White sings I'm Wishing to forest animals, and the Dwarfs played the Silly Song.

Timon, Pumbaa, and Simba sing Hakuna Matata.

The Four Caballeros (Donald, Panchito, Jose, and Woody) manage to pop up in several locations throughout the theatre.

Spongebob, Patrick, and Squidward appear in their tent to sing the Campfire Song.

Shrek, and Donkey sing All-Star.

Phineas, Ferb, and the rest of the gang sing Gitchee-Gitche Goo.

The Fairy Godmother sings Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo to Cinderella, who changes from her Scullery Maid outfit, into her ballgown. Then, she is joined by the Prince for So This is Love. An animated shadow effect is used to show the two of them dancing.

Later, Brer Fox, Brer Bear, and Brer Rabbit sing Zip-a-Dee-Do-Dah , later to be joined by the enitre cast.

The show concludes with the Mickey Mouse Club March.

Mickey Mouse, and Woody Woodpecker: Thank you folks, that concludes our show. We hope you enjoyed it! Ha-ha!

Oh yeah, the fountains are not real fountains, they are just projections! :brick:

BBB is way more expensive, it uses real musitions, trap doors, mutiple sets that have to cange quickley, all that and more. You think Disney will not delete more expensiv scenes and replace them with ones that cost less money. One scene involves a GIANT piano for Minnie to step on the keys and make them light up.

Adventureland

Adventureland​

In Adventureland, embark on a bold expedition into excitement and intrigue! Journey to this captivating world, where natural wonders, incredible wildlife, and untold danger surround you. Sail the Seven Seas, or delve into dark jungles. Join your fellow explorers as you boldly seek mystery, romance, and imagination.​

ATTRACTIONS:

1. Swiss Family Treehouse- Inspired by the 1960 film, this fascinating treehouse is home to the South Seas-shipwrecked Swiss Family Robinson. Climb into the heights of this towering abode, and survey the surrounding jungle.
2. Jungle Cruise- The Jungle Cruise takes guests through a river cruise along the tropical rivers of the world. A friendly skipper delivers a live narration at rapid fire pace, and its non-stop humor the whole way.
3. Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room- Zazu from "The Lion King," and "Aladdin's" Iago are the owners of this colorful Polynesian revue starring singing birds, flowers, and tiki idols. Watch Zazu tempt the Tiki gods when he changes the tunes, and witness their reactions!
4. Haunted Mansion- Welcome, make yourself at "tomb." Beyond the mysterious stretching room, and portraits that transform before your eyes, a Doom Buggy awaits to transport you to a world of humorous houseguests, silly dances, and ghostly galas. As you depart, the 999 happy haunts wish you well, but beware of hitchhiking ghosts!
5. Pirates of the Caribbean- Adopt a pirate's life as you venture into legendary territory on one of the most classic Disney rides of all time. Board yer vessel, and drop 14 feet over a waterfall into treasure-filled caves! Then, float through a town where pirates pillage, and Captain Jack Sparrow hides from pursuers. Yo ho, yo ho!
6. Fire Mountain- Travel through mysterious caverns to the earth's core as an explorer aboard fantastic vehicles designed by Shrunken Ned.

DINING:

1. Aloha Isle- This is the place to get the fan favorite Dole Whip.
2. Captain's Galley- Dine on dishes that you might see a pirate eat.
3. Bengal BBQ- Frozen drinks, and ribs are the favorites here.

SHOPPING:

1. Pirates Bazaar- Adjoining Pirates of the Caribbean, this shop stocks, t-shirts, postcards, pirate hats, hooks, shirts, rings, ships-in-a-bottle, and eye patches.
2. South Seas Traders- Find the perfect wear for your next surfing excursion, or safari
3. Island Supply Company- Here, you can buy swimming gear, island apparel, leis, sunglasses, and grass skirts.

Not Under New Management! It shames an important landmark in Disney history. Bad Idea.

As much as I love the idea for a South Park ride, I agree that they would be a bit too offensive. I think a Simpsons ride would allow to appeal people who like a bit more offensive humor, but still stay within the family realm. Thats my 2 cents.

Frontierland

Frontierland
Forge onward into the rugged region of Frontierland! From the heights of Big Thunder Mountain, to the rippling waters of the Rivers of America, this land celebrates the trailblazers, settlers, and other heroes of the Wild West. So, saddle up, and head on over to the place where history is a living story for you to lasso each day!​

ATTRACTIONS:

1. Big Thunder Mountain Railroad- Ride this rollicking runaway train that rushes through the gold-mining, Wild West town of Tumbleweed in Frontierland. Beware when the rails go clackety-clack because your car's about to run over treacherous terrain!
2. Splash Mountain- Wind through bayous, caves, and watery byways in a log boat, past scenes with characters singing songs from the 1946 Disney film, Song of the South. And hold onto yer hats for the finale with a 52 1/2-foot drop!
3. Country Bear Playhouse- Come on down to this foot-stompin', hand-clappin' musical revue performed by a band of backwoods bears, and their furry friends in Pioneer Hall. Give a big "Yeehaw!," and sing along with beary special musicians like the Five Bear Rugs!
4. Pooh's Hunny Hunt- Embark on a jolly journey during a very blustery day in the Hundred Acre Wood aboard one of Pooh's Hunny Pots. Join your friends to save Piglet from the Floody Place Falls!
5. Mark Twain Riverboat- Cruise on the Rivers of America in this authentic 3-tiered paddlewheel steamship. Circle for a scenic, half-mile tour of Frontierland, Fantasyland, and Tom Sawyer Island.
6. Tom Sawyer Island- Inspired by the famous novels of Mark Twain, this lushly landscaped outdoor playground is where children of all ages can scamper, and climb in the rugged terrain while parents relax in a rustic atmosphere.
7. Santa Fe & Disney-Universal Resort Brazil Railroad Frontierland- Take a grand-circle tour of the Magic Kingdom Brazil with stops at Tomorrowland, and Main Street USA.

1. Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Café- Rustle up some grub like cheeseburgers, wrapped sandwiches, and salads.
2. Golden Oak Outpost- Find fried chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and flatbreads at this frontier outpost.

Fantasyland

Fantasyland​

Fantasyland is where you can meet the heroes, and villains of your favorite Disney stories. Best of all, you can encounter princesses from the royal realms of Disney films such as Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella! Why don't you come meet them? It's Fantasyland, the happiest kingdom of them all!​

ATTRACTIONS:

1. Cinderella Castle- Wander through this iconic fairytale fortress, and take in this classic tale as it unfolds around you on murals. The castle serves as the formidable gateway to Fantasyland.
2. Cinderella Castle Walkthrough- Wander through winding hallways showcasing dazzling three-dimensional scenes from the classic film and relive the timeless tale of Cinderella and her evil stepsisters. Don't forget to visit the ground-floor chamber, which offers a virtual experience, so everyone can share the magic!
3. Peter Pan’s Flight- On this sweeping, high-flying ride, swoop from the Darling children's home, to far-off Neverland in a pirate galleon! Drift over the twinkling London skyline, Mermaid Lagoon, and Captain Hook's ship.
4. Skyway to Tomorrowland- Take a scenic ride in the sky to Tomorrowland.
5. it’s a small world- Experience the joy of childhood on the Happiest Cruise Ever to Set Sail as you sing along with its famous song, and see the diverse pageantry that makes this a boat ride for the ages. Visit countries around the world on this delightful attraction that features over 100 children dolls. Some of the dolls are inspired by Disney-Pixar characters.
6. Magic Journeys- Visit a world of magic, and wonder at this spectacular, 3D film.
7. Maelstrom- Take a voyage on a high-seas Viking ship from modern-day, to historic Norway. Troll-tormented riders must hold on tight for surprises on the stormy North Sea, including polar bears, and pirates!
8. King Arthur’s Golden Carousel- Gently glide around this genuine, antique carousel on one of 90 prancing steeds as magical Disney music fills the air. It's a ride fit for royalty!
9. Dumbo the Flying Elephant- Fly with Dumbo over Fantasyland.
10. Snow White’s Scary Adventures- Follow Snow White as her adventures with the Seven Dwarfs, and the Wicked Witch unfold in the menacing forest.
11. Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride- Jog along on a hilarious, reckless ride through Old London.
12. Mad Tea Party- A whimsical array of colourful cups, and saucers spin you into a fun-filled Wonderland.
13. The Little Mermaid: Ariel’s Undersea Voyage- Jounrey under the sea with Ariel, and her friends.
14. Enchanted Snow Palace- Take a tour of the Snow Queen's gigantic palace.
15. Journey Into Imagination- Follow Figment the free-spirited dragon, and Dreamfinder on a fanciful adventure through the world of imagination.
16. Matterhorn Bobsleds- Slide down Matterhorn Mountain on a daring bobsled run past icy slopes, through twisting caves, near plunging waterfalls, and over stone bridges.

DINING:

1. Pinocchio Village Haus- Chicken nuggets, pizza, and salads are tasty treats. That's no lie.
2. Cinderella's Royal Feast- Enjoy an enchanting meal in an elaborate, medieval setting, and receive the royal treatment: a chance for photos, and autographs from Disney's Royal Family.
3. Gurgi's Munchies & Crunchies- Entrees feature chicken nuggets, and grilled cheese sandwiches served in a special box.
4. Mrs. Pott's Cupboard- Get a delicious ice cream treat.
5. Scuttle's Landing- There are assorted snacks, and drinks at this stand.
6. Enchanted Grove- Order a satisfying snack, and a refreshing drink at this outdoor eatery.

2. Merlin's Magic Shop- Magic kits are on sale here.
3. Glass Slipper- Here, you can buy shoes that are not too big, nor too small, but just the right size.

Here in Tomorrowland, the future is just a dream away! So, ready your rockets, boys, and girls, as you blast into the twin orbits of innovation, and exploration. But Tomorrowland is more than a fascinating collection of gizmos — it's a spaceport where your imagination lands each day to glimpse otherworldly wonders, embark on fantastic voyages, and witness the pioneering of the human spirit.​

ATTRACTIONS:

1. ExtraTERRORestrial Alien Encounter- An experiment goes wrong and brings an angry alien within a claw's reach of you!
2. Star Tours II: Pod Racers- Expect the unexpected when you take off for a leisurely trip to a pod racing event. Your one-of-a-kind, intergalactic expedition quickly turns into a heart-pounding warp-speed odyssey from the brilliant minds of George Lucas, and the Disney Imagineers. The motions are so sensational that you may never come down to Earth.
3. Star Jets- Get ready for blastoff on a flight that is out of this world!
4. Skyway to Fantasyland- Take a scenic ride in the sky to Fantasyland.
5. Ellen's Energy Adventure- Starring comedian Ellen DeGeneres, and Bill Nye, the Science Guy, this multimedia attraction takes you on a trip from the eras of the Big Bang, and dinosaurs to the present, exploring what powers the universe, and our daily lives.
6. Space Mountain- Rocket into the outer reaches of darkest space on this high-speed thrill ride that blasts into the future, and back. Board a sleek spaceship, and aim for the stars as Mission Control counts down to the most daring launch of your life!
7. Meet the World- Revolve on a carousel through time, and relive Brazil's fascinating encounters with other cultures.
8. Santa Fe & Disney-Universal Resort Brazil Railroad Tomorrowland- Take a grand-circle tour of the Magic Kingdom Brazil with stops at Main Street USA, and Frontierland.
9. Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin- Help save the galaxy when Buzz Lightyear recruits you as a Space Ranger to thwart the Evil Emporer Zurg! Spin, twist, and turn as you shoot lasers at Zurg's bad robots to keep them from carrying out his evil plan to steal the batteries from good toys everywhere.
10. Autopia- Take the wheel and whirl around the tracks of this fun-filled roadway where you can get glimpses of the world from the car's perspective! Drivers of almost all ages can experience the thrill of putting their pedal to the metal on this imaginative motorway.
11. WEDWay Monorail- Ride this "green" transportation system that rockets along a single rail that circles the Disney-Universal Resort Brazil! Board at the Tomorrowland station, or the CityWalk District and sit back for a scenic trip.

1. Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies- Cool off with some ice cream, or a smoothie.
2. Redd Rockett's Pizza Port- Feed your galactic hunger with giant pizza slices, generously portioned pastas, crisp salads and more. This deep-space casual dining eatery features an open view of the kitchen.
3. Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café- The Blast-Off Burger, Cosmic Chicken, and Starlight Soups, and salads are all stellar.
4. Lunching Pad- Take a break for smoked turkey legs, cold beverages, chips, and ice cream novelties.
