Yes, it should open in mid to late March but no firm date yet. They have closed that corridor and working on it now.

Managers told me two weeks ago that a lot of the work is getting behind and Disney isn't pleased. So, it still could slip from the March date but definite to be there by your Sept date as should most of the on site construction though some new less encompassing construction may start in the middle of next year.
