First they cut back on shells, no inferno barge, now the mines that come out of the earth barge have been shooting off of the burney barges and now they can't even open it? There a silent refurbishment going on?

Calm down. It's all part of Iger's "Shareholder Value and Management Bonus Strategic Plan". You can see it playing out in many different areas of Parks and Resorts all over WDW.

Oh, I know. I've always appreciated that about Epcot, especially in the 80's when I was going through the "MK is for kids" phase. I simply found the premise of the statement a bit ridiculous.
I still remember when 25 b came or and they stepped it up with the fountains and water images and on top of that I didn't have to wait 10 minutes for the fireworks to start
