What to do with $20 Million

A few days ago there was a post that asked if money was no object, what would you do at WDW. The scenerio asked us to imagine how we would spend the money that was won by last weeks lottery winners. Those lucky guys were each awarded approximatly 20 million dollars (15 million after taxes). Well, I'm one weird guy. I love to fantasize and I actually added my dream up. Here's how it goes;

Saratoga Springs Grand Villa for one year = 32,980 points x $105.00 per point =
$3,462,900.00

$15 million - $3,462,900.00 = $11,537,100.00

$11,537,100.00 put in a interest bearing account at 5% = $576,855.00 per year

Dues and Maintenance Fees - 32,980 x $3.98 per point = $131,260.40

$576,855.00 - $131,260.40 = $445,594.60

Magic Your Way + Dining for my family - 3 adults (actually, right now it's 2 adults and 1 child but my child will be an adult in 4 years)
= $113.97 per day x 365 = $41,599.05

$445,594.60 - $41,599.05 = $403,995.55

Three Premium Annual Passes (renewal rate) = $1,562.43

$403,995.55 - $1,562.43 = $402,433.12

That leaves just over 400k a year for the taxes on the original $576,855.00. (Remember, there is no state income tax in Florida!) Also the prices on maintenance fees, park admission and the food plan would continue to rise. But even after taxes, we'd have alot of money for a college fund, insurance and something to leave our daughter after we're gone. Our DVC membership would expire in 2054 when my wife and I would be 94. If we're still around we'd have to have some money for a retirement community that serves chicken croquets and banana pudding. Still, there would be money for travel to other destinations and we could use our DVC points for most of that travel. Also, when we're away, we could rent out our points and get some extra income while we visited freinds and relatives.

Beyond these calculations, there is one final tabulation -

Living carefree at Disney World until 2054 = Priceless!

Can anyone out there relate to this dream, or am I just Goofy?
