What can I expect for a Feb '18 discount? & your thoughts on something else

What type of room discounts or promos can I expect for the beginning of Feb ?

Also what would you do? - Or what do you think the options are ....

2 adults - first trip - 3 nights - budget of $1600 total - they want the dining plan - they want one day hopping @ uni and 2 day base tix @ WDW - they don't mind sharing a room with us but I'm trying to steer away from that - not renting points for this one .

I don't want to stay somewhere with major construction so cancel out CBR and CSR.

I have never thought it a good idea to have 4 adults in a room, even for 3 days, unless you get a family suite or villa, and 2 are happy to sleep on a pull out. If the trip is budget driven, get 2 value rooms (Pop would be my choice)

I would never do 4 adults in a studio. Hard enough with 2 adults and a child. I did not look up prices on tickets, but it would be about $300 each person for Disney and Universal tickets. The DDP is another $420 (for 2 people for 3 nights). They are at about $1,000 before lodging. If you assume a Value resort is $125 a night, that gets it to $1,375.

Park tickets and dining are already set prices, so you can't change much there. I always suggest going to Orbitz and using a promo code (just google it - you'll find one). They usually work for Disney hotels. You'll get the Disney price for the hotel plus perhaps an extra 15% off right away.
