While I too agree Disney World should improve their current parks before creating a 5th gate (especially Animal Kingdom and Tomorrowland in MK) I have recently made up a 5th park for WDW just for fun! Here's my idea:

Walt Disney's Discovery Dominion
The Story-
Walt Disney Imagineering sent experienced Imagineers to search for undeveloped land in the undiscovered forests of WDW. What they found would change the #1 family vacation spot forever. They discovered a hidden kingdom of imagination secretly created by Walt Disney himself! Now, WDI is fully restoring the "city" so guests like you can see the imaginative land for themselves! Walt wanted a place he could enjoy with his own family, just them...and a few friends with giant ears that started it all :animwink: A place where mountains soared, ancient ruins around them, fairies fluttered, and volcanoes erupted right in Central Florida!

Walt Disney's Imagination Street:
Story- Walt Disney loved Main Street USA, but he wanted to mix things up a bit. That is why he built Imagination Street. The elegant, exciting yet family friendly and futuristic street is an adventurous step up from Main Street.
Attractions:
Imagineering Center- guests of all ages can be Imagineers! They can create an innovative rollercoaster or attraction digitally step-by-step like real imagineers then ride it in motion simulators with their favorite Disney characters!
Journey to The Center of the Earth- in the 199.5ft volcano that stands at the end of Imagination Street is a thrilling attraction! A copy of the one in Tokyo DisneySea.
National Treasure: Land of Secrets- A new, innovative attraction takes us through an amazing journey that is lead by a 50 year old video of Walt himself. We are searching for his journal that contains every idea he ever had! It is now considered a national treasure :animwink:
Imagination Street International Airport- An all new type of theme park transportation! In the huge "mountains" surrounding the park that is surrounded by a huge body of water (need name!) are double decker planes that simulate a real flight like Soarin' because the Discovery Dominion is so "big" and takes you to different "worlds". No realistic flight will be the same with over 100 different situations like a flying into and over a storm, flying in some mild turbulance, even over all the Disney parks during firework time! Whatever time of day it is really outside (day or night) that is what it will be inside the giant plane simulators. Carry-ons may be stored overhead and flight attendants will be sure your seatbelt is on before takeoff when the seatbelt safety sign is on.

Pixie Hallow
Story- While Walt was searching through the forests and swamps for D.D., he discovered a Pixie tree with Pixies and he built his grand oasis around it! Now Tinkerbell and her friends are inviting you to see what was supposed to be part of the Fantasyland expansion!
Attractions:
Tink's Hot Air Invention- For a reasonable price, take a 300ft flight into the air of Tinkerbell's newest invention. While you are in the clouds, notice how all the people on the ground look like tiny fairies from way up there!
Meet Tink and Friends- Yes another meet and greet with an NextGen queue line.
Pixie Hallow Games- Based on the animated short film, all the fairies will gather to perform the opening ceremonies, events, and closing ceremonies in a 35 minute Disney on Ice Spectacular

Duffy's Harbor
Story- Walt built a harbor to let all the boats of WDW come rest after they had been working so hard all day. Duffy, Mickey's teddy bear, sailed his boast there so much that the harbor is now called Duffy's Harbor and he is in charge of it and the Fun Pier!
Undersea Observatory- Go underground and walk in glass tubes on the bottom of the lake surrounding D.D.
Duffy's Boat Adventure- Go on a Jungle Cruise like boat with your host, an animatronic Duffy! Watch out for the rapids and animals, but especially don't lose your stuffing!
Fun Pier Carnival Games- Play Boardwalk games on the Pier for a small price
Fun Pier Rides- need carnival like rides with Disney stories added to them (any ideas?)

MORE COMING SOON!

Like....Villain Village, Toontown USA, Christmasland, Reptile Isle, and more!

Nice! You should maybe put Oswald in there somewhere, though. Maybe the body of water could be "Oswald Lake" or something, and the attraction could be "Oswald's Detective Agency", where you help Oswald save Ortencia! (Is that her name?)

omgggsss lol, no offense but its like the person that invented this was on acid so far lol, theres no cohesive theme in the first lands, its futuristic main street but also giant volcano and mountain range and random lake with transplants of soarin, the coaster creator from epcot, and JTTCOTE. then pixie hollow and duffy and reptiles and villans and christmas, it made my brain hurt a little lol.

The theme between the lands is Walt's imagination which we done did some pretty crazy and amazing things. It is everything he loved and liked in a place like no other in Florida. DISCOVERY Dominion- A Dominion full of different and amazing things you can discover. It will all make sense soon, trust me. The mountains and lake and volcano were already "there" and Walt build his oasis (Imagination Street, Toontown, the Harbor, etc) with his powerful imagination. :)

Should Imagination Street be called Discovery Way as a portal to many lands of imagination and who knows what else you'll discover!?
