In the Japan building @ Epcot they have a small sake bar. The bar has a 1-page menu of sake and several of them are sweet sake. The most expensive of the sweet sake is the best testing (to me)... I'm trying to figure out WHAT the exact name of that sake is? I know I can buy it locally as I've looked it up before when I went to DW earlier this year, but never acted on buying it locally. It's rather expensive and the holiday season is near :)

Can someone post a photo of the sake menu or something plz??

Kairakuen (plum wine) - $5
This wine acts as an officiant over the marriage of sweetness & sour

Shirakawa Go (unfiltered sake) - $6
As cloudy as a summer sky...this thick nigori is semi-dry

Traditional Sake

Oka (medium sake) - $7
Bronze in color...smooth in body...long in finish...Oka is no Joka

Wakatake (dry sake) - $6
Known lovingly as 'Demonslayer'...Wakatake is both delicious & fun to say

Sawanoi (extra-dry sake) - $6
This robust, barrel-aged Junmai is something to really dig your teeth into

Premium Sake

Tenryo Koshu (vintage sake) - $7
Vintage sakes themselves are quite rare, and this Koshu is aged over 3 years

Okuno (sake shochu) - $9
This rice liqueur plays out like a delicate Japanese vodka and is not to be missed

Himezen (sweet sake) - $10
A vast complexity of refined sweetness encompasses this delicious aperitif

I assume you are referring to the Himezen, which is Ichinokura Himezen (from the Miyahi Prefecture - not that means anything, I just happen to like the word Prefecture)

$25 - $30 a bottle.
