In the Japan building @ Epcot they have a small sake bar. The bar has a 1-page menu of sake and several of them are sweet sake. The most expensive of the sweet sake is the best testing (to me)... I'm trying to figure out WHAT the exact name of that sake is? I know I can buy it locally as I've looked it up before when I went to DW earlier this year, but never acted on buying it locally. It's rather expensive and the holiday season is near

I assume you are referring to the Himezen, which is Ichinokura Himezen (from the Miyahi Prefecture - not that means anything, I just happen to like the word Prefecture)
