Thinking of water park for 1st time

We're heading off to WDW for a stay 5/29 - 6/5 and I was thinking of doing a WP for one of the days. We have never gone to a WP at WDW and was wondering about crowd levels for Memorial Day and day after? Our party would consist of 4 adults and which park might be the best - none of us are roller coaster fans.

My personal opinion would be to avoid the water parks on Memorial Day. In my opinion, a crowded water park is more annoying than a crowded "major" park (primarily due to the heat and relative nakedidity of the guests), so I'd do Epcot on Memorial Day and water park the next day. I usually do the water park just for a couple of hours right in the middle of the trip. It's a good way to recharge your batteries, especially if you're doing the parks themselves open-close and/or extra magic hours and/or park hopping.

thanks for the confirmation on Memorial Day, that was my feeling but then again you never know.
