Summer Alumni Program 2017 - Free tickets?

Hi,
my daughter is doing the summer alumni program this summer (2017).
I know from the past, that we (family) got discount resort rooms and were
able to go to the park for free (with her).

My question, is when/how can we get the information for this summer?
I want to start planning my trip and really want to go at the beginning of the summer.
I'm not sure how to book the resort with out the information (like how much the discount is).
Any help here would be really appreciated.

You can start booking your trip as soon as your daughter gets access to the HUB usually after Traditions Orientation and first of OJT. The HUB is the Disney Cast site. Here your daughter can book your reservation or call the cast reservations line.

Thanks. That helps. Even though it makes it very hard to plan on going in early June because she doesn't get there until a couple of weeks before that.
