Star Wars not so popular or changes already being made?

Forgive me if this has already been mentioned. If it hasn't, please don't shoot the messenger. I'm usually not privy to insider info, rumors, possible news, etc. (Since the CM who provided this info reads these boards, this may be the only time I would be able to share anything anyway.)

The CM we spoke with the other night (who told us about the band change for RNRC) also said that Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular is being cancelled. She said it wasn't making the money they thought it would. I'm wondering if she meant the actual fireworks or the dessert party. (Honestly, we were still processing the shock of the upcoming changes to RNRC at the time to clarify, since that was said with such certainty.)
She also said that the Jedi Training Academy was ending.
She didn't say why to either item. Could it be financial or could it be changes due to the future?

The Star Wars fireworks are being replaced for the holidays. Maybe that's what the CM meant by ending? The dessert party is the only thing they directly make money off of when it comes to shows like that.

I could also see Jedi Training being relocated once SWL is finished.
